I left Israel after 4 years full of life-changing experiences – the best experiences and the worst you can imagine.

Living in a highly politically polarized context had a tremendous impact on me.

And as you always say, research is me-search – I will now work on the topic of coping with affective polarization Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin Germany funded by Einstein Foundation Berlin.

Berlin, a city that has not only been ideologically divided in the past but also physically. Though the division ended over 35 years ago—before I was even born and without explicit violence between the populations— challenges derived from the division still persist to this day.

I am very much looking forward to new research projects, new colleagues and also new friends!
